I figure this would be a good place for people to share their knowledge and experience with the harder trophies. Many of them revolve around exploiting the Item World and are straightforward (I.e.: bumping off the pirates, finding certain mystery rooms, etc.), but some of them take a little something extra. I haven't gotten all the trophies I'm giving tips on my successes and failures.
Consult Your Physician: Play for 10 hours straight. You can actually play 10 hours, but I would advise against it. Start the game well before bed, then hit the sheets, wake up in the morning fully rested with a new trophy. I'll bet you never thought that getting a good nights sleep would wield rewards
10 Piece Combo: Kill an enemy with a Combo of 10 or more. At first it sounds easy, get a full detachment to wail on one foe. However, the combo counter doesn't start until the second ally attacks. Thus, only a 9 combo is normally possible. Thus, one needs to enter a stage with Attack +1 panels in order to meet the requirements. Item World is an okay place to check, but Dark World stage 4-1 Freezing Soul looks like a good place. If you're worried about killing the enemy before reaching the 10 count, then try using the weakest allies you have with your best killer to apply the finishing blow.
The Counter Trophy: Getting a x10 counter is going to be tough because the best I can figure, a character's max counter ability is 9. The male martial artist starts with 3 (like the female martial artist and tree golem), but the female's Evility negates counters from a target, and the fist weapon adds 2 counters unlike monster weapons. The male artist also has a secondary Evility called Retribution which adds 2 counters. Thus, you have a total of seven counters. Finding an enemy that can keep up is also impossible, so you'll need to create two of these fighters. The cheerleaders have a skill that raises counter attacks, a seven boost to that skill can raise a target's counters by 4, but as mentioned the max seems to be 9. Thus, finding Geo Panels that add to counter attacks is vital. Dark World stage 1-1 Strongest Entrance might work, but I've yet to check so consider the Item World.
The Panel Clearing trophies: The stackability of the Cubes makes it easier to clear all the panels without making slipups. From what I can tell, the color change starts from the top of a destroyed tower. If you destroy one on the bottom, I didn't pay attention so I'm not 100%. to make sure there are no screwups, put the null Cube on a panel of the same color as the others, but separate from the tower(s). Item World seems to be the only place to earn these trophies, at least that where I got the 5 panel trophy.
