anybody who knows BBcode! I NEED HELP!

I'm trying to finish formatting a board for me and my friends to remain in contact once I go to college, but I can't figure out this table formatting code! It's a proboards site, so if anyone knows how to work this site's table codes, please help T.T I can't find anywhere online to teach me how to do it!

Specifically, I'm trying to do the sort of thing that Ryu did on this site's top page
