Recoloring project - First attempt

Hi! I've been using Photoshop ever since and have acquired quite a few skills from using it. However, I still can't call myself a pro because I've been lazy trying to learn some new techniques for myself to use and I've been slacking off. I guess I really should work on it.

Here, I'd like to show you one of the finished projects I have from colorization. First off, I'd like you to see the original image. The image below doesn't belong to me and I didn't create it myself.

It's Flandre Scarlet from the 6th Touhou Game:

The picture above is my original character, which I recolored using Adobe Photoshop. This program has quite a variety of features that seem to be complicated from the start, but once you get used to it, it's fun to think of new ideas next. Let imagination and creativity along with some sense of motivation fuse together to create a fantastic work of art. (Was mine a work of art? This picture I made here's just for rookies.. XD;

Still working on my character's profile that will fit for Reminisce, though. ^ ^;

For some reason, it reminds me of another RP character I saw back on an old Disgaea forum I frequented before it went down.

sooooo jealous of your ability to use photoshop at all. I have no knowledge of it, but I've been wanting to learn for ages! One of these days I'll set aside some time to learn! Nice job on the pic by the way~
