The demon prince Laharl scanned over the horizon from atop his majestic castle. Savage demons roamed freely with dreams of power, wealth, and carnage. He laughed in anticipation of subduing these lesser demons.
"Priiiiince, there are more wannabes and sycophants at the gates," called out Etna from inside the castle. She kept the prinnies busy as she relayed the information. One pink prinny kept up the spirits of the others as they toiled and suffered from the yoke of Etna.
Meanwhile, the old vassals of Krichevskoy just chilled. The exiled Maderas, however, lurked with plans of usurpation, for he knew the dynasty's weaknesses. Hoggmeiser spent his time counting the money he appropriated from the Overlord's castle two years ago, he had so much, maybe he could loanshark.

The serene Lamington stood in the garden as he instructed a young, vibrant angel about a most peculiar task. Not far away, another angel raged and vented his frustration. But he regained his composure as he recalled that his machinations could still work.

A lone ship left Earth's gravity as it headed off to places unknown to normal humans. Aboard the passengers take a final transmission from the EDF before it zipped across the cosmos.
Back on solid ground, a stout and gruff general spoke with a mysterious man with a mechanical body. The two elaborated on plans of conquest on par with demonic ambitions.

A former maiden turned Overlord pummled more of her mischeivious vassals. Power is law in this Dark World, and attempts to rewrite the law never end. The insurgents rose once more, but with a flurry of kicks they were knocked out of the castle.
Aboard a flying fortress a vain witch brooded over her image in a mirror. Her form made ageless by magic, and oddly enough her choice in clothes suggest a woman trapt in immaturity. Content in her beauty, she could not fully exorcise the feeling of boredom.
In a realm of death and decay, a single spire pierces through the clouds. While sealed by the sacrifice of King Krichevskoy, Baal still had followers and agents to enact his revenge. He anticipated the removal of the seal in the near future, and then he would make his revenge complete.
