Name: Renna Yagyu "Yagyu-hime" (formerly known as Hironari Sakugami)
Age: 1221
Gender: Male, but raised as a female
Race: Humanoid
Rank: F
Class/Monster: Samurai
Realm: Cave of Ordeals
Weapon Skills/Abilities/Magick: None, as of yet
Appearance: Renna had come to exist a male, however, it wasn't particularly evident that he was a male, so he was raised as a female. This was due to his rather feminine appearance, even when very young, with a fairly frail build, though not frail enough as to stop Renna from carrying swords. His hair is also rather long, apparently it has never been introduced to the idea of a "haircut" as it is long enough to touch the ground. His hair is something that he has been positively lauded for. It is jet-black in colour and unusually lustrous for a guy. His eyes are violet in colour (you can wiki, violet coloured eyes are real) and slightly slant a little bit, much like a cat. He's also fairly lithe and not all that muscular. He often wears white gloves that extend up to his elbow, but it's not noticeable due to his clothing. Speaking of his clothing, he wears a dark purple furisode that is very minimalist in print, only having a lone flower in the right section of the middle torso. The red obi that keeps it held together also obscures it from sight. His footwear are two-toothed geta slippers. There's not a lot to say apart from that. He also looks rather pre-pubescent.
Personality: Renna is rather hot-headed on the outside, sometimes becoming aggressive when he is provoked. He also has a rather sharp tongue and won't hesitate to spout some rude words, but also mix that with some sardonic wit of his. This exterior of his is considered by peers and onlookers alike to be rather "unladylike" which is partly due to their perception of Renna being female, which is not true. In fact, his aggressive demeanor is a complete and total farce. It is not at all his true self. He hides his true nature in an attempt to mask his embarrassment in being treated in this manner, having his name stripped from him. In fact, Renna is actually a person who is willing to listen to other people's problems provided they respect Renna for what he truly is instead of a female figure who some people believe to be some sort of symbol for seduction. When he's alone, he's also rather contemplative and also tones down a bit, seeming rather shy and timid when he's caught alone. Another way to define his personality in one word is "tsundere."
Biography: Renna Yagyu was born as a person... of some sort, called Hironari Sakugami. It was some time ago, but the people who witnessed his conception could not deduce his existential nature, so they just decided he was a humanoid. Hironari was part of a nomad Sakugami clan, which was a nobody thing, that travelled the realms in search of the 2 Gs, gold 'n glory. His mother and father were actually rather infamous for having deadly teamwork skills, and no doubt they taught the young Hironari to fight alongside them. In the end, when the Sakugami clan encountered the realm of the Overlord's Castle, unbeknownst to them, they had incited the wrath of its ruler Krichevskoy, and in the end the Sakugami clan was nearly wiped in its entirety, however, Hironari managed to escape after his mother and father sacrificed themselves to save him. The young Hironari had not even reached 200 at the deadly incident, and a few hours of fleeing, he could not take it anymore and collapsed in the middle of some icy land (Jotunheim).
The unconscious Hironari was discovered by some Nekomatas who saw his body and could not decide what to do with it. In the end, they decided to leave Hironari be. However, this was the precursor of another nomad clan's arrival, the Yagyu clan, which partly consisted of said Nekomata. The Yagyu clan was more known than the Sakugami clan of Hironari. The Yagyu and Sakugami clans were actually rivals with each other. Not suspecting that Hironari was actually the sole survivor of the Sakugami clan, they decided to take the poor boy in. Despite this, they didn't actually know he was a guy and treated him as if he were a young girl. When Hironari awoke, he had lost parts of his memory, probably because he was hit so bad during the assault on the Sakugami clan. He could not remember who he was, nor could he remember what his parents had taught him. The Yagyu clan had taken him to their lair, in the Cave of Ordeals, and their elder had talked to Hironari, asking him for his name, which he could not remember.
The elder then decided to dub him "Renna Yagyu," and decided to see if he could be of any use to the clan - the more, the merrier. In the end, Hironari was now to be known as Renna. Renna was re-taught how to fight, this time, under the various Yagyu disciplines, though that still didn't stop Renna from not actually having any skills of his own. However, there was a certain incident where Renna slammed an "invisible stick" at one of the clan during a training session (this was due to light refraction perception). This incited the curiosity of the Yagyu elder, who inquired Renna about this. Renna knew nothing and denied having prior knowledge of such a skill. Several centuries later, the elder was close to death by old age (he was well over 10000 years old) and decided that Renna was to be the "heiress," after having learned much from the Yagyu and having taken down many a threat to the Yagyu clan.
Now, the elder is struggling to live with age, and Renna is trying to live her own life, especially with all the guys in the clan trying to take "her" hand in marriage. However, Renna found a pendant on the ground one day, and started to cry... Suddenly, a flashback occurred where he could see himself as a young kid, with lots of fire and killing going on. Then he saw a shadow of what appeared to be Krichevskoy...
But why, what had happened to Renna, when he was of the Sakugami, he was extrmely powerful, but after that assault, he had weakened significantly, and even under the guidance of the Yagyu, Renna cannot fight very efficiently alone.

Sample Roleplay:
Renna was sitting inside a tent that was located in the dark, damp depths of the Cave of Ordeals. Within this tent was a large fire that seemed to burn for eternity. One could see various jolts of flame leap out suddenly from the source. Renna continued to stare at this fire for some time before looking up as someone else had entered the tent. It was some random nobody, and as Renna continued to stare at both the trespasser and the flame, he shook his head frantically as if he already expected what the guy had asked. The one who had entered nodded, accepting the answer that Renna had given. Renna already knew that he was going to ask for his hand in marriage, as Renna had already been asked by 10 other guys in the same day. Renna eyed the bow that hung nearby, rustling against the hide of the tent as a slight breeze flew in the tent. The breeze did nothing to impede the fierce fire though, so it seemed that Renna was not going to feel cold anytime soon. However, Renna turned around to the flat fur mat and saw the pendant he had found that fateful day, and suddenly a tear formed in his eye. He shook his head frantically once again and ignored the rush of thoughts and emotions that surged into him suddenly. Renna turned his attention back to the bow, and sighed. Renna then stood up and left his tent, looking around, seeing everyone doing their own business, conversing with one another, having their own training sessions, the usual things that people do in their daily lives. It didn't seem barbaric or demonic at all, but Renna remained unfazed by this seemingly natural setting. Renna sighed yet again as she looked at the entrance of the Yagyu clan "camp." There was a man holding a shining bell. Renna had come to admire this bell, and soon approached that man.
