Aeirn was taking a leisurly trip outside her home in the Cave of Ordeals, a place where almost no one ventured apart from those brave enough to fight hard and take the victor's spoils. In any case, Aeirn had found herself walking along the path to a forest-like area, perhaps this is what people called, "The Reaper's Forest." She sighed to herself and murmured "It seems she has explained to me the truth... I can no longer feel my previous powers flowing through my veins..." she shook her head and lamented this truly debilitating loss, ever since she was sealed by Krichevskoy along with Baal thousands of years ago. To this day, Aeirn is slowly heading towards the 70000 year mark. She has, to this day, kept her deep, dark secret. And thus, she still has not forged any deep relationship with anyone in her long, long existence.
Aeirn began to venture into the Reaper's Forest, having only the most vague idea of what this place would be like. Since she only has her killing intent to assist her since the sealing sealed away most of her previous abilities, she had doubts about whether this was the best idea. Aeirn was beginning to have second thoughts but she was confident. Me and this killing intent... surely, I can make it through this... she mused to herself as she walked through. At the moment, the path was barren of any enemies. Aeirn was looking around frantically, her eyes pulsing in and out with the force of the killing intent.
That is, until a few moments later. A couple of Scarecrows had leaped into the fray, spinning their little bowie knives and grinning like a bunch of morose fools. Aeirn sighed once again. The last thing she needed was a group of pumpkin-heads who wanted to cause her trouble. Aeirn's eyes began to enlarge and the pupil within shrunk, it was as if she was going to kill them. The Scarecrows had felt its effect but did not feel that hurt like the killing intent should do.
"IS THAT HOW IT IS?" Aeirn yelled with a booming voice that was totally unlike her.
The Scarecrows stepped back a little as if they were intimidated, yet they still had energy to engage into combat. Aeirn shook her head and her eyes glinted, causing them to retreat further back. She then pulled out her bow and arrow, and then began to shoot at the immobilized Scarecrows. Because one of her eyes was obscured by her hair, it took away her sense of depth, but somehow, her right eye, fueled by the effects of the killing intent, made her shot go on target - in between the eyes of the Scarecrows. However, they were still alive - the fact that they were pumpkin-heads had to suggest something.
Something which Aeirn had completely forgotten to consider. "Ah... nuts. I forgot about that... Not the head, the body!" Aeirn said calmly. Her eyes returned to their normal state and the Scarecrows snapped out of their stunned reverie. They went for the offensive...
