Custom Class: Magic Hat
Type: Monster
The Magic Hat is comprised of a magician's equipment, which during their lifetime was heavily charmed to move around on their own and assist the magician in their tasks. When the magician dies, the items stay behind, and if they are left alone long enough may develop minds of their own. Magic Hats are often seen in abandoned castles and spires, and are sometimes kept by demons as servants and bodyguards.
Classes: Magic Hat $0
Wizard Hat $1,000
Sage Hat $2,000
Trickster $2,500
Illusionist $3,500
Alakazam $4,000
Description: The Magic Hat is a hodge-podge of equipment, and so they can take on several different variations. However, the basic Magic Hat is comprised of a hat, a wand, and some manner of gloves, all of which float a few feet off the ground in positions sort of similar to if they were on a person.
General Stats: Being magical in nature, Magic Hats have naturally high Intelligence and Resistance. Also, since they aren't completely solid beings, they have a higher than average Speed, making them more difficult to hit. These are offset, however, by a low Defense and Health.
Skills:
[you]Prestidigitation:[/you] Grabbing its hat, the monster points it at a group of enemies, opening first. Suddenly, all manner of small creatures, playing cards, handkerchiefs, and other magical bric-a-brac is launched at the opponents, after which the monster returns the hat to his "head."
[you]Now you see it...:[/you] Pointing the opening of the hat at its opponent, the Magic Hat summons wind to create a powerful vacuum. Sucking its opponent into his hat, he drops it on the ground and begins vigorously wailing on it with its wand. It then picks up the hat and strikes the top of it, launching the victim back to their original position, the worse for wear for the attack.
[you]Magic Box:[/you] Calling for a "volunteer," the Magic Hat summons a tall box and traps his victim inside. The box gets skewered several times with magical swords, then cut into three smaller boxes, shuffled around, and reassembled. The box disappeared, leaving the "volunteer" right where they were.
[you]Abra Kadabra![/you] "As I speak, I will create." Raising its wand high in the air, the Magic Hat begins to glow with power. A flash appears above the opponents' heads, and then a giant stage falls on them. The Magic Hat jumps onto the stage, and takes a bow to the sound of thunderous applause from nowhere. He then returns to his original position and the stage disappears.
