How often do you exercise your body? What's your most favorite form of exercise and which exercise are you weak at? Me, being always at work, my daily exercise would always involve walking from home till work. I think the distance is fairly enough to be 1 kilometer (1,000 meters) ahead. Yes, I walk that far but it feels good. So basically, my legs and feet get all the work and effort. ^^; I used to perform weightlifting, but I failed to continue. D: Besides, I only borrowed the weights so I couldn't do them anymore at home. This is one awesome way of increasing physical strength especially to your skeletal muscles, as long as you're up to it. I'm no good at push-ups. Phew.. Even still, my upper body strength isn't enough and my legs fare much better. Yoga is good, but count me out. xD;; I'm not fat but not entirely skinny either. Average. How about yours? Discuss.

I do a good deal of walking, but I have bad knees and avoid it when I don't have to walk. I occasionally do curls and the like, but I really don't have the equipment for serious weightlifting. Pushups are a pain because of the pressure on the wrists, and situps are a hassle because its tough to get the feet still.

Well, as I walk through my school, its about..2 miles, going from class to class, and other activities. Kind of a workout, since I'm basically doing that everyday..

It's interesting to find out that the members who posted here share the same workout. Like I stated above, walking everyday is my daily exercise. Feels good to walk that distance everyday.
