Rika listened intently... and still didn't really understand what he was talking about. But, who could blame her? She'd never been out of the settlement in her entire life. Well, except for before she came... But she did blush a little at the title 'lady', something she hadn't been called for a long time. "Oh, I can't say I know much about this 'Order'... nor any other sort... but... don't worry. Even if you're the way you are, you are a person in need, ne? I think that overrrides appearances." She smiled sincerely; there hadn't been a person nor any other creature Rika had turned down in her life. "And don't worry about frighting anyone else around here... You're welcome and encouraged to stay until you're completely better!" Rika paused for a moment, but then added, "If there's anything you need, I'll get it for you, ne?"

Sothmir, at first, was about to say that he needed nothing, until he felt his stomach rumble. He hadn't even for a very, very, very, very long time...
"Perhaps...if you had any sort of nourishment...I would be very grateful." he said, trying not to sound as if he were in desperate need of food. He didn't know what they ate in this world, nor did he care. The fact was is that he was full of ravenous hunger, and he could not wait to eat. Though he would try to be as patient as possible with his host, who he was sure would be more than willing to see if they had anything...or at least point him in the direction of a place that had food.
As he waited, he thought about everything that had happened to him during his imprisonment. He felt nothing, nothing but anger, a building wrath that would forever burn inside of him. He could not be loved, so he would be revered. He could not be respected, so he would be worshipped...for he would slay the gods who imprisoned him...he would make them all pay...

"Alright, let me find something for you to eat." Rika got up and headed to the rear of the building, digging around in the food freezer (luckily for everyone, the medical supplies and the food were kept seperate) and pulling a few things out. After a little while, she came back out with a plate of... plain rice, a little bit of fish, and a biscuit. Not much, but it was somewhat standard dinner for the clinic. She also had a glass of water. These things were delivered to Sothmir, the girl smiling. "Here you are, eat up!" Well, even if it didn't look good... one had to keep in mind this was a hospital!

Sothmir knew that he would have to take off his helmet before he was able to eat. He knew she didn't have the slightest clue what an Arch-Malebolge demon looked like, so she did not understand how excessively hideous he was. He cleared his throat, though his deep voice made it sound more like a growl. If he were to simply lift his visor, he would not be able to eat. Long ago, once he had discovered how ugly he was, when the spell his foster parents cast on him to make him look human had finally worn off, he cast a spell of his own. One that would keep people from seeing what he looked like as long as he donned this armour. At the same time, however, it kept most solid objects, such as food, from reaching his face, due to its barrier-esque nature..
His crimson gaze met Rika's as he sat before the food.
"...My lady...you might not want to see me eat...I am rather hideous underneath this shell. As an Arch-Malebolge demon...my face is not exactly what people see every day, nor would consider pleasant..." he said somewhat coldly. He awaited her response.

As an Arch-Malebolge demon...my face is not exactly what people see every day, nor would consider pleasant..." Rika smiled a little, "I don't much care... but if you'd prefer me not to see, I can go, ne?" Sensing that it may be a little easier for her paitent that way, she got up, "I'll just be at the front desk. As soon as you need something, you call!" She skittered off to the said place, pulling out some paperwork. Neccesary things, records of having a patient and all. How exactly would she describe all this though? To allude worries from the officials who had to see this later, she merely scribbled down the description 'Very large, armored knight'. Close enough, right? "Hm, sure is the most unique patient that's been around, ne?" She muttered to herself and continued working.

Sothmir watched Rika leave the room. She would say that now, but, he was not so sure how she would feel about his appearance if she ever saw him. He slowly removed his helmet, revealing that two of his helmet's horns were actually just steel casings for his own. He had a very long lower jaw filled with a row of excessively sharp teeth, his upper jaw, though not extended, had equally sharp teeth. His flesh was twisted and charred, and his eyes burned crimson. He had absolutely no human features, no nose, no eyebrows, just some sort of twisted face of a fiend.
He looked at his meal, and moved the silverware aside. He would not be needing them. Sothmir poured the tray into his lower jaw and used his long, disgusting tongue to toss the food into his throat. He gnashed at the bigger chunks of food with his teeth until they were pulp, and simply tilted his head back. The food slid into his throat, and down into his stomach. After he was done feeding, he put his helm back on, and cleaned the mess of drool and spittle that he had left behind.
It wouldn't do to to have Rika come back and see fish bits and drool everywhere, especially since she was the one who was kind enough to take him into this place. He knew he had probably made a lot of...strange noises while he was feeding, but, there was really no need to explain it...as long as she didn't hear. It was quite likely she did.
