Well okay here I go I will do an obvious one I guess. It will take place on a journey that Rozalin and Adell had when traveling to find overlord Zenon.
There a castle off into the distance stood majestically aloft a hill. On the balcony's edge a young princess of darknesses fate rested her delicate hands upon the stone ledge. This castle was abandoned from time itself and the moss covered walls of the structure stood monument to its once wondrous glory. Echoes of the past reverberated through the corridors as a young man made his way up the steps to the balcony where the young princess resided. He came to an enclosed area before entering the room. He stood in the entrance way as he peered into the room. The light from the balcony's door way entered the room and filled it with a twilight that seemed magical in nature. The room was wore from time slowly taking it's toll on the objects that were once glorious in their past.
Across the room, the wind blew elegantly across the curtains that hung above the door. The curtains danced and waned to the will of the elements but softly and peaceful were the somber dances that they showcased. The young man slowly made his way through the room, he soon noticed that though the room had not been inhabited for quite some time now that it seemed unnervingly busy. He noticed some distinct features of the objects in the room that indicated that the place was left abruptly and the once living inhabitant of the room seemed to have vanished without a trace. There laid papers on the desk in the corner where half finished homework laid, and indentations of blunt objects across many objects in the room and damage to some of the furniture. It was now evident that a fight had taken place there long, long ago.
The young man came to the entrance of the balcony's door and the delicate fibers of the curtain caressed his skin as it continued to flow in the wind. At the balcony's edge he could see the figure of a young woman standing aloft the balcony as it seemed as she peered off into the sunset. He took a step forward and heard sounds of crying and saw a glimmer of a tear float off into the wind. He immediately came to the womans side and laid his forearms on the edge of the balcony and leaded forward and asked, “So Rozalin, what is troubling you now?” The unbending gaze of the young maiden was broken as the words penetrated her now waking conscientious. She replied, “Adell, my father was truly a cruel man wasn't he? I mean, though he was an overlord, I never experienced his wrath before, but his doings even extend out to here.” Her words confuse Adell and he asked her, “Yeah your father is an overlord but, what are you trying to get at?”
Rozalin slowly uncovered a small book that was hidden underneath her palms that were placed on the ledge. She began to open the book and turn through the pages slowly. “Father and the other servants have begun to change, ever since overlord Zenon reigns over the land all of my friends, family, servants, and even I have begun to change. War is about to begin and I don't know how much longer I can withstand this curse that is taking affect. One day I shall break free and restore peace to the land. Oh how I long to see father normal one more time. This is a passage from the dairy that I began to read a while ago. This castle, once a kingdom filled with inhabitants were lost to the hands of my father.” Rozalin said with a somber tone of voice.
Adell replied once again, “Yeah you father is one bad dude, but I still don't know what you are trying to get at? I mean you know all this stuff by now don't you?” Rozalin began to hold in her tears as she spoke, “Adell, don't you know what this means? It means someday I must too follow in the foot steps of my father and carry out his legacy..... I do not wish to kill.... I only wish to stay with my new found friends and.. and.....Adell.... Do you really think that I will become a truely evil person?” as she turned to him with tear filled eyes of sadness. Adell did not know what to say, as he peered into her eyes a sense of a commical nature filled him. He began to chuckle at her response and Rozalin took offense to his gesture. She had turned to him for comfort and he laughed at her in her time of despair. She raised her right hand to the air and slapped him across his left cheek and turned around and clasped the small book in her bosom. She laid her chin on the bindings of the book and began to sob as she fell deeper and deeper into her emotions.
Adell rubbed his cheek and managed to regain his disposition and took a serious tone for once. “Look Rozalin the only reason why I laughed is because you are nothing like your father, you don't have anything in common with your father, nor will you become your father. To tell you the truth Rozalin, you really are a nice person. Believe it or not, I mean you couldn't be evil if you tried. I mean COME ON look at ya!” Rozalin turned around in anger to his comment and said, “Well I never...” and rasied her hand to slap him once again for saying that comment but he caught her hand. There they stood still and she had a shocked look on her face and a very stern look on his.
“Now Rozalin I didn't mean that last part, but the rest is true. You are a kind and generous person and in no way like your father. You are your own person, and forge your own path your own style might I add. Stop trying to say that you will become like your father. With people like me around you have no reason to become like that. You are a nice person Rozalin and nothing will ever change that.” He said with compassion to her. At that moment a single tear rolled down the side of her cheek. She smiled and then she slowly came towards him. A look of fear adorned Adell's face she leaned inward. She then laid her head on his shoulder and rest her body upon his. A warm embrace found its way to the surface of her pain. Adell let go of Rozalins hand and places his arms around her body and his chin ontop of her head. He patted her back as she whispered into his ear, “Thank you Adell, you don't know how much that ment to me.”
Adell and Rozalin both looked at each other deep into their eyes and smiled. She leaned in and gave him a peck on the lips and turned to see the setting sun. Adell looked off into the distance with Rozalin as they both watched the days end.
